vinlora® was founded to establish recruitment, qualification and integration as a holistic system for securing international talent. At its core is the proprietary TriBridge3® framework, combining quality standards, clear governance structures and documented processes throughout the entire recruitment journey between Germany and Vietnam.
Many international workforce initiatives fail in the long term because recruitment, qualification and integration are treated as separate activities rather than as one integrated system. Missing quality standards, limited transparency and significant financial burdens for applicants in their home countries threaten long-term workforce sustainability.
